Common questions
What counts against my storage?
Only your original files. Thumbnails, previews and search indexes do not count.
Do you keep original quality?
Yes. We store the exact file from your camera, including HEIC, JPEG, RAW and 4K or 8K video, without re-encoding.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your library stays readable and you can download everything. You cannot upload new items until you are under the free limit again or you renew. We do not delete originals without warning you first.
Where is my data stored?
In EU data centres in Frankfurt and Helsinki, copied across three regions. See the privacy policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Cancel within 14 days of a charge for a full refund.
